yeah i heard it time and time again about how weak their schedule is but i reality uh had no choice but to face 2 double a teams cause no one wanted to play hawaii. hawaii did have michigan scheduled this season but at the last minute they pulled out and decided to play app st. instead. to me i think they should play a bcs game not only because there ahead in ranking terms of where boise st was last year but also to give hawaii a chance to play a big name team and see how well this team really is...

I'll say the schedule is not the team's fault but it definitely is the University administration's fault. 2008 looks a lot better.

If Hawaii goes unbeaten, they'll be in a BCS bowl. They should be able to play with what ever team will be their opponent and it will be an entertaining game, of that I'm sure. If Hawaii loses even one game, they're out of the BCS and maybe even the top 25 unfortunately. Good Luck on the year!

If they beat Boise St and Washington convincingly at the end of the year, they might be able to make it. No matter what you say, having a weak schedule is Hawaii's own fault. Not only have they played two 1-AA teams, both of those have been AWFUL 1-AA teams. Both have losing records against other 1-AA teams. That said, I hope to see Hawaii in a major bowl if they convincingly run their schedule.
