For a start write down your goals and ambitions, then see if your bf fits in the plan if he does all well and good, carry on with a bf that has no ambitions and goals in life, and you carry him and his two kids to two different girls.
sooner or later you wont be able to carry all of you, and ten years later you will be in the same place.
But to your family i say let you make your mistakes, that is part of life.

Well, from your description, he doesn't really sound like much of a catch to me. Sounds like he's got a serious lack of ambition and responsibility.

Your family and friends know that you could definitely do better, and they are just worried about you. They only want what is best for you.

Until you realize that there are better men out there, then there's nothing you can do that will change your loved ones' opinions about the man you're dating, except for dumping him.

However, if you don't want their advice, don't listen to it.

Politely tell them that you are a grown woman, and if you're making a mistake by dating this man, then you need to learn it the hard way, because obviously they aren't going to change your mind.

You have good advice from friends &family. The facts you listed should be a wke up call. The kids are from gfs not wifes. That says no committment just sex etc. If that's all your looking for in life, then maybe your a good match. How can he support 2 children on part time work & still have$ to blow on pot, booze, etc. Are you ready to work & support those kids for the next 18 years.

Wake up girl.

He is a loser. He is 20 years old smokes weed, drinks has 2 kids from 2 diffferent women.

What the hell are you thinking. he is to young to be responsible and probaly is looking for someone to support his loser a**.

you need to listen to your friends and family before you become ex number 3 with child number 3.

hope you make the right choice. He cannot even support himself or his children.

There is no problem with that, but I was shown and raise by some women who have been through some things I never want to go through. So, I made ruled for myself and learn from mistakes. Then I let my guard down. I didn't want to pretend to have a relationship. I was proud to say I have a man and every one kept saying then where is he. That hurts. When the only person who comforts you shut you out so I stay out.
