you need to repack the glass is your first point of call(this is done by pushing the glass down and raising the plastic you do this by putting packers in the top corner lock side) if still problems then check the hinges if you tell me what type of door you got i can explain more over net or telephone. trust me on this been in PVC trade to long

normally the hinges have two way adjustment by means of allen screws hidden behind plastic cover plates one will raise/lower the door one will move it to the left/right

Need to know if hinges worn or if they have started to move or breakaway from door?
Hinges worn , behind hinge plate there is manual adjustment.
breaking away from door, need to find out why and stop it, whilst finding another way to put screws into door from hinge plate.

on the door hinges there are covers ..remove or pull back these and you will find adjusters ..top lifts or lowers door and side adjusters pull it in or out
