What's going on?

I started my period nine days ago. I had unprotected sex during that time. Since yesterday, day eight I have had watery brown discharge. I get the brown discharge at the end so that's no big deal. Why is it so watery?? 9 days of bleeding sucks!!!

Brown discharge which is old blood can also be a sign of infection such as with the cervix. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be causing this.
