I would not go into details. To me, that's just rude. I'll tell her who and when, if she wants to know. But I won't get graphic or get into anyone's personal details. Telling those kinds of things are like a betrayal of your ex. It's not anyone else's business what I did with someone else, or what someone else did with me. All a new gf needs to know is that I only have safe sex. I'm clean and I want to stay that way.

Not only tasteless, but unethical. No one has the right to know what another person--your ex, in this case--did sexually. He has the right to his privacy. Besides, it only opens the possibility that your new bf/gf will start comparing, and that, too is tasteless and creates relationship problems.

Depends on what you mean by "experience." Do you mean just talking about the relationship and what happened to end it? No. Not as long as he/she asked and you don't make a habit of it. (And also, make sure that you don't go on for too long.)
If you're talking about bedroom stuff, then the answer is yes, it's tasteless. If he/she asks don't go into details and make sure to focus on the fact that it's your current relationship that matters.

Tell them that is over and in the past, and that you are so into them now that you never think about the past and barely remember it. That way if they still keep asking and insist that you tell, at least you can remind them that you were reluctant to blab in case they hear something that they don't want to deal with.

I think if they want to know whatever about your last relationship you tell them. All relationships should be open if they have a question they just have to be ready for the honest truth. I think its best to just be honest, no matter what.

FTW has it right in my book. No detail, just the basics and say it once, ask any questions, and don't bring it up again.

No, not if he/she asks, in my opinion.
