I believe MPa refers to Megapascals, the SI unit for pressure. 0.15 Mpa = 21.8 psi. To convert: 1 Mpa = 145 psi.

This is one of those occasions when you have to be VERY careful and precise with the units and their names!! The SI unit of pressure is the pascal, which has the symbol Pa {Note the capital 'P'} SI units are used with a series of multipliers, some of which you must have met, such as milli, kilo etc. There are two options here: mPa which means Pa * 0.001 {milli pascals} MPa which means Pa * 1000000 {mega pascals} To put it into context, atmospheric pressure is about 101000 Pa So 0.6 MPa is a tad under 6 bar 0.6 mpa is a fly landing on a table top! Hope that helps

Manifold Pressure atmospheres. Just a fancy way of putting psi. Where 1 atomshere is equal to roughly 32 psi at sea level.
I'm with you I much preferred the old way where your manifold pressure was in psi. boost.
