Worry may do it for some people. I have an illness that keeps me awake,,but if I was going to worry about something, I would worry that any morning, we will wake up and find that we are no longer a free country. That we have been invaded by those who want us dead because we believe in freedom. We don't hate anyone or want anyone dead because of thier beliefs but there are those who do. And we are the target.

If you are not causing pain or harm to anyone, you are allowed to beleive what you want, do what you want, and pursue your dreams. Those who hate us for that, are out to kill us, or make us bow down to their God.

That would keep me up at night, if I wasn't a Christian and warned this would happen. But if it happens, we know that the endtime is upon us and Jesus is returning to put a stop to it. Keep your eyes on Israel. When those who hate her, combine forces to come against her, the end is near.

That is what would keep me awake at night!

My back and leg pain I have had for several years now keeps me awake at night or wakes me up after I go to sleep...
I take pain pills and had surgery but the surgery didn't help the nerves and the pain pills wear off...
Life is very hard...

Pain. I have a lot of arthritic pain as well as osteoporosis in my spine and it gets quite bad at times. I must tell you though, on August 13th I had new left hip and knee joints , and I don't suffer with those joints at all now, and on Monday this week my surgeon told me he will give me new knee and hip joints on my right leg on 29th October, so once that is done I should hopefully sleep like a top, lol:-D

The mere terrifying thought that Hilary just MIGHT be president someday, and I'll have my taxes go through the roof and be hard pressed to support my family so that crazy b**ch can be the dictator of a socialist country and look like the benefactor to poor people while I have to slave away at two, or even three jobs to feed my family and she sits in her little mansion thinking in her own little pea brain that she's doing the right thing!

Worrying about money, work, the kids, life stresses. But of course the nights when I am actually sleeping the dogs are barking, isn't that just how it goes.

This is rare for me, but when I do have insomnia it's usu. bec. I am worried ab. money, I am dealing with a health issue(e.g. a recent back injury), or (in the past) I am angrily obsessing over someone who said they would call but did not call.
