I would rather visit Greece then Turkey. People in Turkey are very pushy, the men and women are sooo pushy. They force you to visit their whole family grand parents their paretns and on the second date they send a ring flowers and their whole family to your door to marry them but in Greece I had such a great time eveyr time I go there. Turks I find them very violent and very agressive which does nto go with my personal taste at all but if you tell them about their horrible attitude, they come after you and they harass you for ever. I love Greek men,No Turks should get close to me please. I am American and not Armenian! THey think you have to be Armenian in order not to like them for some reason, very strange!In Eruope they do not like them, they are all over Germany adn Europe all the time stealing men pushing Germans and european to marry them on second date,be very careful please when you visit Turkey in the future! I am afraid to go back there again!

Well ... I do not think you are right... I am Greek and I have visited Turkeyfor a uite a few times.. In Greece that could happen as well, but it is not a matter of pushiiness or anything. People are just friendly, and have a good sense of hospitality. Greek moms are mostly overprotective and they would like to know whose that girl their son is with, jsut to check if their son would be in good hands, as good as theirs. Greek moms have a whole different mentality, than Americans and Western Europeans. There is a different perspective of family bonds, etc. It is like that in Turkey as well. I think that what you have experienced with that Turk could happen with a psycho guy of any nationality...
If you read some history close enough, you will get your answer why Armenians feel a little "unfriendly" to Turks... ;)
Plus I think you are overreacting by saying be careful when you go there, etc... Psychos are allover the world... ;) Even in Greece there are some... I could give you so many details about Greek women and what they could do in order to be married, that you would say the same things about Greece. But pushiness, and psychological issues, is not a national character, just a personal one. And believe me there are always exceptions to the rules.. :)
Plus, in case it is of your interest, I can tell you two names of really hot Turks. Kenan Imirzalioglu, and Tolgahan Sayisman. If you see them you would be begging to "force / push" you to marry them... At least lots of Turkish girls, or even gay Turks would love that... ;)
ps: There quite a few handsome, or jsut sexy Greek men, if you know where to look for them,
ps2: Youngturk, i think that sinsinatigirl hasnt much experience with guys abroad, or guys in general, and that's why she makes those comms... No worry ;)
