I thought it was a pecker and some nuts...i must be nuts...never occured to me it was hearts! lol

It also looks like an icecream with 2 scoops....but a heart? I think my original thought of what it looks like is the best.

If you turn your head to the right, it will look like a heart. Typically used by girls. (cheesy, I know...) And the one with multiple 3's is kind of like using multiple !'s. You know?
Good question though. I cannot understand half of what people type on here. I always forget btw means by the way. Gets me everytime!
