I read that they are unnatural, that they are for people with no self esteem, and that small is better and so on. Here: I am 30, 5'5" and 130 lbs, and after having 3 kids my breasts are just not as full as they were. I don't care about size: I care about shape and fullness. I work out, and I have some control over the rest of me: I stay muscular and lean and curvy. But I can't do anything about how full my breasts are. So I feel that my option for implants is reasonable and for damage control purposes...so, why the bad rep? Is it just that young girls feel that they aren't "big" enough? give me some info here...

hey- again you're talking about size...and like I said, size doesn't matter...small and pretty, large and pretty...same thing. pretty, round, and full is important to me...

PS. I know it is much more wonderful to have perfect breasts (large or small) naturally, but what if your breasts were saggy, little floppy things? Would you want then fixed?

If you don't want them floppy, get a breast LIFT, and NO implants.

I had a reduction, so my opinion on implants are definitely not very positive. Especially since there are a lot of complaints about them.

I think they have a bad rep, because they aren't natural. They don't feel natural and sometimes they don't look natural. Most men I know would rather be with a woman with small natural breasts, than a woman with huge hard breasts, besides smaller breasts are better for your back. And as other people have said on Yahoo Answers, "more than a handful is a waste."

Plus, this is major surgery. You are going under anesthesia. Are the risks really worth it?
