Full Screen" does not work anymore...please help- details follow?

Okay- My toolbars do NOT disappear when I hit "full screen". Full screen is when there are no borders visible....My "task bar" disappears from the bottom of the screen, but tool bars stay on the screen...Is this a better question??? Thanks again!

Hit F11 to get a full screen image.

If the toolbars are still there, they are part of the image that you're resizing.
