If you mean the circuit boards, use a vacuum cleaner with a fine nozzle and don't let it actually touch any components (make sure the device is powered off and that the vac has a non-metallic nozzle). Clean the case with a rag moistened (not dripping) with soapy water. Use specialist cleaning cloths for LCD screens.

Air will blow the yuck away. I use 3 methods. #1. Canned air. #2 My hair dryer (not on hot) #3. My leaf blower (I have a small electric one ) Don't use the BIG gas powered ones.
