I'm 14 years old and i know i still have time to grow but I've been a 32AA since i was 12 but is this normal i know everyone is different and all that stuff but is there anything i can do. I mean i only take my bra off when i take a shower and stuff like that I don't take it off at night or anytime during the day. So does that effect the growth. Help me plz

My step-sister went through that and then had a growth spurt. You're right, everyone is different, just be patient. There's nothing you can do to make them grow bigger or smaller. Just keep eating healthy so they can grow. Look at the ladies in your family, they are an indication of how big you can be.
Don't listen to guys who might say you need male hands to rub them to make them grow bigger.

Just give it time, you're only 14, they'll grow. You are probably just a late bloomer. I had a friend that was an AA cup until she was 15/16 & now she's 20 & is a B cup. And as for wearing a bra, I doubt that should stop the growth.

That won't affect your growth. There really isn't anything that you can do, gaining weight might help, but it won't just go to your chest. (getting pregnant and having surgery are the only other options, and neither is a good idea for a 14 year old)
My best advice is give them time. They'll grow eventually. Breasts grow until a woman is in her mid twenties, so you still have roughly 10 years. Just be patient.

you should not wear a bra at night. I'm not sure if it affects growth, but i know it has been related to later breast cancer.
and do you have your period? if you don't, then they will grow a lot but if you do, then I mean you will never be a size D naturally, but they will get bigger than a 32AA

It take time to development your breast. Don't worry about it. Your puberty have lot of work to do to make you grow. You will get your breast bigger when you get older.

Your bra should be off while sleeping, it's helps it grow better.

some girls only get to be an a cup in collage... me i have been a b since i was 12 so idk.. but trust me they will grow in time
