call the warden at the local prison. he is sure to have someone there who has experience opening all sorts of safes. it will probably be an older gentleman, as the young punks just seem to want to blow them up or cut holes in them. if there is no-one currently residing at the prison with the experience, the warden or the local probation officer should be able to locate someone in the area with the experience.

call the police, they'll gladly help you ! If you cant hear the tumblers than try this. You need a good oxygen and acetylene torch. Cut a hole on the bottom of the safe, turn the dial until you see the tumblers fall in place taking note of the numbers and BINGO you're in. Now weld the the piece that you cut and you're grand papy's safe is as good as new.

Call a local locksmith. He will be able to open it or know someone that can. Having proof that the safe is yours legally will help.

Look for a local place that makes and sells keys. If they don't have someone there that can help you, I'm sure they can find someone for you who can.
