I barely gained anything by month 3. I remember I had only gained 10lbs by the 6 month mark. You could barely tell I was pregnant. I put on a total of 25 lbs the whole pregnancy and it came off and then some within days of the birth..I gained the bulk between month 6-9..all water weight. I was pregnant in the summer.
I weighed 195 when I got pregnant and was horrified at the thought of "hippo-ing" out. I didn't Thank God. I lost a total of 30 lbs...and then with the stress of having a new born and going to college full time, and the holidays and baking, I gained 15 lbs the first three months she was alive and haven't dropped it since...

Everyone gains differently. Some gain a ton in the first 6 months than nothing the last three while some don't gain at all until after 4-5 months.
I actually lost weight during the first trimester because of morning sickness(6lbs). I will be 16wks on Sunday and have only gained 2lbs so far, I was just back up to my pre-pregnancy weight at my 14wk appointment.
Don't worry too much about it unless you are eating tons of junk. As long as you are eating healthy it shouldn't be a problem.

That's okay. Just try to nourish the baby with everything you eat. It should always have some nutrient that will help your baby develop. Drink skim milk, 1/2 calorie ice cream, etc.
You need to lighten up on yourself. Some people show their bump really quickly and others don't show at all. For a pregnant lady, I can assure you, you ARE NOT huge. Your body getting out of shape is just a little sacrifice you make to receive a beautiful baby.
Take care,
Debbie
Mine are 17 & 21.

it is somewhat very diverse for each man or woman. even nevertheless, i might trust the different remark that your sister in all threat won too plenty. some people benefit plenty, and then lose it actual, and a few benefit plenty, and by no potential lose it! I purely won 18 pounds with the two pregnancies, yet had different wellness subject concerns to be hectic approximately too, so my foodstuff plan replaced into supervised. i might say 20 - 30 lbs is a pair of excellent familiar. additionally, i might say verify which you do are transforming into to be good prenatal care, and that they should help comprehend the way you're doing. chiefly, do not rigidity approximately it. it is not best for you, and not good for the infant. additionally, verify which you do are ingesting adequate healthful foodstuff on your transforming into infant. loosen up, and congrats!
