I know enough to put all the part together, including the processor motherboard and other hardware .
but what next ? just install the window XP ? I heard a lot stories about updating the bios , over clocking stuff ? what exactly are those ? i would applicated if you could tell me step by step

You don't need to update bios unless you see a problem.
DON'T overclock. Do'nt learn about it, don't listen to those who want to TEACH you how to overclock your machine. Stick with the basics.

If, after you assemble the parts, the machine turns on, and boots up (post beep, counts memory, looks for an operating sytsem), you can install windows and be on your way.
