topics for speech?

Question

okay i have to have a 2 minute speech PERSUADEING someone to agree with me. any topic ideas?

i was thinking maybe that school uniforms are bad or
that candy/sugar products should be allowed in school [cuz they banned them from all of the Jersey schools and my little sister isnt even allowed to bring in cupcakes for her birthday comeing up =-[ ]

I was in a Speech class and this girl was trying to persuade people to silence their cell phones in class or theaters or wherever they could be considered and annoyance.

When she got out of her chair she acted like she was on the phone and she was like "Hey, I'll have to call you back . . . blah blah blah." And started her speech by saying something about it being disrespectful. The teacher loved it. . .
