Absolutely. When we moved into our home 4 months ago, there were 4 dogs that would bark constantly. One of them died fortunately for my sanity. And one neighbor used to take her 2 dogs outside at 5 in the morning and they would stand right outside of our bedroom and bark as loud and frequently as possible (our homes are close together). I finally called the cops on our neighbor because they were actually breaking our town's noise ordinance. They aren't as bad as they used to be but there still is one that is very annoying and has barked until midnight on several occasions.

Yes, and my neigbor quite often leaves his dogs out all day to bark, which makes my dogs bark, which makes all the other dogs in the trailer park bark... It's a vicious cycle that is very annoying =|

ha my dogs barking right now, but yea i hate it. we live across the street from a fire house so we hear the alarms go off like every day. when they go off my dog runs around the house howling and barking. they went off at 3 am the other day..

yes! the bad part is that there's these 2 dogs that dont stop barking and the owner doesnt do anything to stop them. i mean, i love dogs but dogs barking at 2:30am? i couldnt sleep at all...

Yeah',!! "I'd rather hear DOG's in the distance late at night !! Perhaps it would drive other things like SKUNKS,RACOON's,SQUIRRELS, RATS.' away possibly !?! & that evil doer that's thinking about breaking into your home!?! That's looking for MONEY & or something to sale to someone.. So NO I no`longer let the sounds of my surroundings bother me anymore!?! but if I hear or SEE something out of place/sTrAnGe`, "Then I must investigate !!?!!Just as MY DOG does !! or should !! Yep, it does! We have just had new neighbours move in perhaps you can tell me how to tell them that their dogs are driving us demented by barking all day! Without sounding rude!

Yes my neighbors have 5 and they are always outdoors. Sometimes they even get into fights.

my landlord had this screaming RAT in the backyard for a week... I told her I was going to throw a pot of HOT water on it if she didn't get it the eff out of there... I was SOOO annoyed!!
