Most folks mimic the lamestream media and fail to think for themselves. Further, folks tend to view political parties like tribes-some sacred brotherhood.

I prefer using the constitution as the benchmark to assess the effectiveness legislation, amendments, judicial rulings and police actions. It's what the congress is hired to do yet it seldom comes to pass.

This is a hyper-partisan site. Democrats blame Republicans because Republicans have been in power for so long that they are responsible for most of the current political mess. Republicans blame Democrats because they can't accept personal responsibility, just like GWB.

It's a great way to deflect when people don't really know the answer. Rather than come up with a reasonable idea themselves, they blame someone else and hope that people will notice the fiery rhetoric more than the transparent lack of content in their argument.
