...I suppose that the proposed follow-up, entitled "Buckaroo Banzai Against the World Crime League" will just go unmade, along with "Dr. Detroit II: The Wrath of Mom" and the pre-end-credits-announced follow-up to "The Sword and the Sorcerer" (...I forget what that title was!!!)

At the end of Buckaroo Banzai in the eighth dimension, it said there was going to be a second one, I myself LOVED the movie and have waited all this time for them to make the second one, that would be one sequel worth seeing for sure.
