Nice Phil. Keep the personal attacks in Politics.

Are you saying that the millions plus college students and such who file share are liberals?

She can declare bankruptcy, but the judgement may or may not be included in the bankruptcy.
She can appeal the verdict and the award, and possibly have it overturned in appeals court. Also not very likely.
She can go to Canada.
Or she can have her wages garnished probably for the rest of her life.

She is screwed sadly, I think it could be possible to win a appeal or atleast get a reasonable judgement( 9k a song is a bit more then the crappy music is even worth)

RIAA will never see much if any money, she just does not have it. Can you say $1 a week for life :)

She did something illegal and got caught. Decided to fight it and lost. If you have read the latest on this case in Yahoo news, the companies really don't expect to collect. They got what they wanted, the word is out that they WILL prosecute and win.

By the way she continually flaunts authority and the law, and thinks she can make up her own, I would bet she's a Liberal.

Want to bet?
