Hi,
Antarctica is run under a TREATY that was signed in 1959
by 12 countries.
Since then 45 countries have joined in.It is owned by no one
and is used mostly for scientific research. The treaty prohibits
any military use and it is covered by 98% ice.No one can
have any claim to the land. You can go there for a cruise but
be warned. It is very inhospitable and the wind can blow non
stop for 6 months. Present population : 1000 .

This is your lucky day.
I happen to own most of Antarctica and am looking to sell off 500 square kilometers parcels.
How much are you interested in?

You don't have to buy just go and take over whatever you want and fence it, make sure it's pinguin and walrus proof. According to the IRS Antartica is not a foreign country and has no goverment.
Chances are you'll have problems selling your fenced ice cube.
