Write Corporate. If that does not work. Write Corporate again threatening a lawsuit. If that does not work. Sue.
Document every contact with the restaurant, the manager, the owner, and corporate. All letters to corporate and the restaurant should be registered with return receipt required.

I would personally contact the corporate office. It is completely illegal for them to not give you the funds owed to you. You could even report them to the proper government authorities in the Department of Labor, but that would probably take forever to have any real results.

Contact the HR department of your corporate office and explain the situation to them, and see if you receive any action from that.
Next time - be more responsible with your paychecks. Had someone stolen it and cashed it you would likely be SOL.

Just call the people in payroll. They have a record of the check never being cashed and it is messing up their books too. they will issue a new one for you promptly.

In person, advise him that if the matter is not resolved within one week, you will go to the Labor Board. Then do it. It is obvious that they are not going to do anything until you force them to.
