d) Ca--O is a face centred cube therefore probably ionic
but I can't find independent verification.

C and D. Ca is the cation and F & O are the anions

C & D, BOTH OXYGEN AND PHOSPHORUS ARE EXTREMELY ELECTRONEGATIVE, AND CALCIUM ISN'T, SO THE MEAN DIFFERENCE IN ELECTRONEGATIVITY WOULD MAKE IT AN IONIC COMPOUND
