Yeast infections usually include LOTS of clumpy vaginal discharge, swelling, SEVERE itching of the vulva, and often burning during urination. It doesn't have an odor other than something akin to bread ("yeasty").
Since you are not even sure what you have, you need to see a doctor to be assessed properly. In my opinion, it does NOT sound like yeast, so treating a yeast infection if you don't have one will only make things worse for you in the long run.
The ONLY time you should self-medicate is when you know with absolute certainty that you are treating a particular problem. Otherwise, you need to see your doctor.

As the ladies before me have stated, you could have any number of infections, though I don't believe you have a yeast infection.
You need to see a doctor; he/she will do some testing in the office and should then be able to treat your problem. Do not put this off. The longer you wait the worse it will get.
BTW, in spite of the Avatar that is showing, I am in fact a woman, and have been through all kinds of female infections. Please, get treatment soon.

Not really. Yeast infection symptoms include severe itching, thick white "cottage cheese" discharge and a very fishy odor.
If you are having burning when you urinate, it could be an urinary tract infection. If you continue to have pain you should get it checked out to check for any types of infection or possibly an STD.

If you feel the itchy or burn that bad. You may have a Yeast Infections. Here the brief below.
Healthy women have bacteria and other organisms in the vagina. The balance of organisms and the normal acidity of the vagina both act to prevent overgrowth of specific organisms, leading to symptoms of a vaginal infection. Douching disturbs the normal environment of the vagina...
Yeast is a fungus scientifically referred to as Candida. The specific type of fungus most commonly responsible for vaginitis is Candida albicans. Yeast is commonly present on normal human skin and in areas of moisture, such as the mouth and vagina. In fact, up to 20% of women normally carry yeast in the vaginal area.

This is how it goes....
Yeast Infection- Does not smell bad, has white discharge and itches.
UTI- Hurts when you pee, Makes you feel like you have to go all the time, when you dont.
Bacterial Vaginosis- Has a bad odor, itches and burns!
You should go to the MD to make sure what it is you have!
