The short simple answer is that you can't. (Even using 'Gods_son_666' instructions, you will get a System error 5, because you must be logged on as a member of the Administrator's group in order to change passwords in this manner.)
However, this does not mean you cannot change it. Look on the internet for a password re-writer. They are available and they run from a floppy disk. Remember once you change the password, the person who set the ORIGINAL Administrator's password will not be able to get in until you tell THEM the NEW password.

go to a seperate account, and go to the run box (windows key+r) and type cmd.
once the black box pops up, type net user (enter)
look for his username
for example, if my user was frog i would do this next
in the box type net user frog *
the star is shift 8
and then press enter, it will ask you for a password,
when you type, you cannot tell what your typing, or that you even are at all, once you're done, press enter, it will ask you to confirm, just type the password again and press enter, it will have changed now
