Like if you are crying in your dreams, could you actually be crying unconsciously while you are dreaming?

yea one time while i was dreaming about something really sad i was crying in my dream and then i woke up to my mom askin me why i was crying...

This is actually true, a few times when I was dreaming I actually knew I was dreaming and I could dictate what I was doing but not really much. The mean thing was that I knew I was dreaming, and knowning that was very cool!

I suppose it's possible. Some dreams are very realistic. That's why if you have nightmares, you could wake up in a state of fright or anxiety. As for acting out, that's not too likely unless you're also a sleepwalker. However, talking in your sleep is quite common while dreaming.

I think yes, at least the basic motorics.
I think it happened to me a few times.
But i don't know how is it with more complex things, like crying.
I'd say it's possible.

Why not happens all the time like sleep walking.
