I am a full time barefooter so I have therefore eliminated all together the warm moist dark environment that fungus needs to survive and exist. If shodies went to a place that required them to take off their shoes then they would release all the stuff they'd been growing in thier shoes all day. No, I think I'd prefer people in shoes to keep them on in public and keep all their fungus to themselves.

No, while I'm always barefoot, I don't want bare feet to be required. Footwear or lack thereof should be a personal choice.
I would like to see the US stores put aside their stupid no bare feet policies, because those are based on *myths* and exaggerated fears only, and not on facts. There are NO health department laws requiring footwear, insurance companies don't require or even recommend footwear for customers, and there are NO laws against driving barefoot. The people who make the laws and health regulations know there is no serious risk; unfortunately the average store employee gets their health education from other stores' windows or from public opinion, and they mistakingly believe it is an unsanitary practice. However this is NOT true; feet get very tough very quickly, our skin is made to keep pathogens out, and feet are fully washable. Also athlete's foot needs a closed shoe to grow; it's a Western problem, *athlete's* foot, picked up when you just briefly put your bare foot down in a locker room and then put your foot with the spores back into a closed shoe. Among populations that go barefoot much more, it's much *less* common than it is in the US/Europe!

No, but i'm against "no shoes no service", although it's not the policy of the place i live.. i think we all should be free to dress the way we like, except for example in hospitals or dangerous areas (hygiene etc.)

Where I'm from it's no shoes, no shirt, no service...lol
The shirt part doesn't bug me so much, but definitley the barefeet thing does. Who knows what other people's hygeine routines are? They could have warts, athletes feet or other fungas's.
Definitley I support that policy

That would be cool, would encourage more people to go barefooted. Why don't you start your own business with that policy!
