Well, sounds like she is not happy with her looks and by getting breast implants she will feel better with more confidence about her appearance. As her spouse, I would think or hope that you two had discussed this in depth before the decision was made, so that you had a clear understanding as to why she wants them. Seems that if your communication is open and honest you would be backing her decision and not asking this question. The questions sounds as though you are apprehensive about the whole deal and a bit nervous of what is to happen to your relationship when it is done. You sound very nervous, if you two have a solid relationship then I would say be supportive, excited and back her breasts 110%. Once the pain, swelling, and intial healing is over they are fair game for your pleasure as well. If you love your wife the way she is today , having a new chest to play with will just be some extra frosting on your cake, so eat it and enjoy. Best of Luck.

Small c's!? Be grateful! I'm only a small B cup. Honestly, if getting implants would make you feel better about yourself, then get them. I wouldn't recommend it though. Implants would be a last resort. But you should try to accept your size that you have now (c's are still a large size to have) and learn to love your body. You really shouldn't complain. I would kill to have larger breasts sometimes, but I learnt to accept and feel good about my chest size, and so should you. Your beautiful the way you are, you don't need to get implants.

Think you and the wife should have one serious talk, If she's all set with it there really isn't much you can say other than give your support. Personally, see a lot of negatives and the only questionable positive is boob augmentation. The bottom line is to settle the issue and stick with it without looking back.

I hate tell you, breast implants are not really that great. There is several problems after sugery complete. You'll find bleeding or anykinds you might get. Never know what will happen after surgery. If I were you to leave it as it. I don't think if this worthy spending the money for breast implants.

i don't see the reason for any women to get implants UNLESS they had cancer and had to get one removed or they were born with some type of physical deformity but just cuz they aren't happy being a 34-B and they'd like to be a 34-DD I think its wrong and why would you wanna go through all the pain just to wear something low cut and have perverted men drool all over you i think anyone doing it for that reason has a serious self confidence issue and has no self respect

I'd say that there's nothing you can really do about it if SHE wants to get them. The only thing you can really do is let her know that you love her and that she's beautiful the way she is. A lot of times people get plastic surgery because they feel insecure about themselves. Letting her know that you care can make all the difference.

I guess thats her choice. if you are worried or unsupportive you should have brough it up sooner. Talk to her about your concerns. Personally I am small breasted but would never get implants

, I have them and I don't like them at all. They are two hard like grapefruits, try squeezing a couple of grapefruits that are not soft or pliable. My husband was supportive but concerned and he was right we both hate them. laying on your stomach is over with to uncomfortable.

There is always a positive side to a situation. After the surgery she will need someone to shape them, who better than you.
