It sounds like a urinary tract infection, and if its this bad by now, it's not going to get any better without a trip to the doc's for some antibiotics.

Hey...
ah, Poor you!!!
I’m not a doctor, but it sounds like you have some type of infection, even though cranberry juice and cystitis is good.. If you have an infection, it wont go away without a an anti biotic!
Even though with a kidney infection it usually hurts when u go toilet rather than afterwards, I do suffer from kidney infections and I find as the kidney infection is getting better this is exactly how I feel. I go to the loo and afterwards I get almost a burning sensation in my lower stomach and feel like I need the toilet again!
I think you definitely should go to the doctor,
remember pain in any part the body is the body’s way of saying
"hey, something isn’t right here"
So just get if sorted before it gets worse!!

I hope you do take everyone’s advice and go to see the doctor, Feel better soon!!

It sounds like cystitus. Drink at least a litre of fresh cranberry juice everyday for 3 days plus get yourself some Robinsons Barley Water. It comes in a couple of decent flavours. There's also Robinsons Fruit & Barley. This one doesn't have as high a barley percentage as the first one but it's just as good. Drink loads! The more you drink water-based drinks the better because you will flush your bladder out quicker. If you have a niggly pain in your lower belly too just take paracetamol for that. The secret to sorting this problem is the water-based drinks or good old Council pop......tap water. There are medications you can take and the pharmacist at Tesco or Boots could tell you what to buy, without prescription, but save your money. My GP once told me that the best way was barley water, cranberry juice and paracetamol. When I get cystitus and our daughter gets it that's what we do and within a couple of days its sorted. Obviously if after a couple of days on this method you haven't felt any improvement then you'll have to find the time to see your doctor. xx

im sorry to say that you will have to make time to go to the doctor. it definately sound like a urinary tract infection and possible cystitis. The cranberry juice is good for you and keep drinking it even when your symptoms clear up. U need antibiotics.,and if this is what your doctor prescribes you the use extra contraception for 14days if you are on the pill. Also beware as antibotics can cause a touch of thrush, just use some canesten cream for that or put some natural yoghurt on a tampon that has a cooloing affect for thrush and can help clear it up. Please see your doctor. im a nurse

Sounds like a UTI-Urinary Tract Infection.
It can be checked with a simple urine test at the doctors.
Usually treated with antibiotics.
Also if it's reaccuring Cranberry juice to drink is recommended.
Good Luck

It sounds like a UTI.. you really need to go to the doctor. But until then you can buy some OTC Azo pills for UTI.. they help with the pain and frequency and drink LOTS of water.. that will also make you feel better.

This is a urine infetion, probably cystitus. You will need antibiotics for this as it just gets worse and more uncormfortable. Call NHS helpline, and drink plenty, especilay cranberry juice.
Good luck.

It most probably is Cystitis, i used to suffer allot. Drink loads and loads of water, no alcohol, tea, coffee or citrus drinks. Just water! Unfortunately there's not much you can do about the pain though, sorry. Grin and bare it i suppose!

Get well soon!

When its to do with your health you have to make time for your doctor especially as the remedial action you are taking is not working. Did you self medicate or did you speak to the pharmacist? If you self medicated you could telephone the local chemist (if in the UK) and speak with the pharmacist about your discomfort and see what they suggest.

it most definitely sounds like cystitis to me,u cant be sure until atleast a urine dipstick is done to see for infection. This is so painful...I know.U need pain relief...quickly,lots of water and juice(fluids) for ur symptoms to settle down soon.Antibiotics will work gradually over 2 days to eliminate the infection...but now you need pain relief,Pls go to A&E.Over the counter drugs are not always enough for such pain.
