I have a project due and I have to find an insulator that will keep the inside cold. But my Brain refuses tob work so I need a little help. I AM NOT ASKING FOR THE ANSWERS!!!!! I just need to know some good materials for this awful project.

Insulators keep things hot or cold. They slow the dispersion of temperatures.

Foam. You know the little things you can put around a beer can?

Anything that doesn't conduct heat well. So cotton would be good, metal would be bad.

buy those cold bags from the grocery store and cut them open .. that should work.. good luck
