Originally I would have said Kopitar. He's had the most success early, whereas Kessel, in a similar situation, isn't progressing as quickly, and isn't on a team that is making an effort in the win column. Backstrom, and especially Kane, are both extremely talented, but their careers are all of 1 game old. Let's see what direction Washington and Chicago move this year before putting faith in them. Ryan is behind plenty of wingers in ANA, and so they may not need him to produce like he's capable of.

Bernier is a wild card. LA has made strides in front of him on defense (Stuart and, to a lesser degree, Preissing, are good defensive additions). From seeing the performances thus far, though, Carey Price seems to be the best bet. Cristobal Huet, whom he's backing up, is very underrated, and is so even by the suits in his own organization. Even if everyone pulls their heads out of the sand and realize that they have a career .918 save % guy as their starter, Huet is still 32 years old. One down season and Price takes over, all the while gaining expertise as the backup. He may not start for two or three more seasons, but he's very highly regarded.

Kane or Kopitar from a player perspective. Kane has an awful lot of raw talent that just needs to be unleashed. Kopitar is a little more polished but I don't see as much upside. Backstrom is pretty good, but he's played in the Swedish elite league for two years now, and his statistics at his age were inferior to Alfredsson, Sundin, Forsberg, and even Robert Nilsson at the same age. He'll be very good, but not the most successful of the group.

Price from a Goaltender perspective. Granted he's a year older than Bernier, but he knows how to handle pressure already, and that can only help!

genuine Madrid followers make me unwell. fantastic of the league with 7 factors forward, into the subsequent around of the CL with a a hundred% checklist. and then they have the heart to boo Mourinho! additionally Casillas and Ramos have been very unprofessional, you're able to never see a coach like SAF being talked to love that for the period of England. it fairly is impressive! The gamers think of they comprehend extra powerful than the government and have the incorrect mentality. Mourinho made Chelsea and Inter Milan like a family members the place the gamers wanted to play for him. i don't blame Mourinho for desirous to go away (additionally Barcelona many times favoured via refs).

Bernier. He is already better on the ice than LaBarbara who was the AHL goal tending champ last year. He is cool under pressure and makes LA look good...which isn't easy!

Price if he continues to develop as he has over the last couple of years may become this generation's dominant goalie in 4-5 years.
