British every time.
For those 'people' who say American (& especially the one claiming other countries as theirs DOH) British food or at least most of it is healthier than American stuff, we tend to have and use more vegetables for a start and as most of your American foods are either fast foods or HUGE portions this why we are a bit more healthy than the Americans, and I have to agree with asker, our food is NOT plastic.
Oh and by the way we do NOT only eat fish & chips thank you very much.
