If you're still under warranty, then contact iRobot about it. Opening the robot will void your warranty. They were very helpful when a wheel on mine jammed -- free replacement.

on your blue internet explorer,double click and type in the model number saying photos of ?????,try typing in ixquick and save to favorites and search in there
