she told me that my doctor was leaving town for a week and i think that was bull because i was and still am in a lot of pain and he couldn't see me for 5mins.So i had no choice but to work in pain and last tuesday i was at work and had injured my wrist again when it happened i had the same pain in my wrist so i scedualed an appointment to see him i went in on wenesday october 3rd and his assistant doctor had came in the room to see me and he was poking at my arm squeezing my thumb and wrist as soon as he squeezed on my wrist i started to cry i told him it hurts really bad he said he would be right back left the room came back with my doctor ,my doctor than started tapping on my elbow asking me if i feel any tingeling or numbness when he was doing that i said yes in my fingers but it doesn't explain the pain and he told his assistant to wright up a work sheet and he sent me back to work with full cap to do my job.What should i do,i'm in pain and loosing out on a lot of pay.

You need to call your HR department. Tell them that you need a second opinion. They should have another doctor they can send you to. If that doesn't work, yes, contact a lawyer.

Did you file an accident report when it happened? You can contact Workman's Compensation. Your employer is required to have this. Some doctors do not take Workman comp cases as payment can get difficult. If you are in that much pain go to another doctor and definately check out the workmans comp. I'd hold off on a lawyer so soon and try to work it out thru your place of employment. You could also call OSHA if it is due to unsafe work conditions. Do you have a union? That is another route to check into. Good Luck, take care.

Sounds like you either have tennis elbow or carpal tunnel.. Could you not ask to see a specialist in this field of work?? No lawyer is going to represent you in a case like this.. Trust me..
Take aspirin and get arm band for your elbows or wrists.. It should ease the pain.
