Why has my 360 pic has disappeared?

Ever since I changed my 360 pic, it has dissapeared from my Y/A profile. I've tried everything. I selected it as my primary pic, I deleted and reloaded it, I made all the options "public", but nothing works. Does anyone have any good advice?
