There are quite a few natural products that help to support the immune system. There's Colostrum, mushrooms (Reishi, Maitake, and Shiitake), Elderberry, Echinacea (which should not be taken long-term), Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP-6), CoQ10, any basic antioxidants, and many other things that are less powerful, but still give some impact.

I usually recommend to my clients that they take astragalus root or echinacea supplements. There has been some debate as to whether or no vitamin C does anything for the immune system, those that say yes say that you need mega doses or 500mg 3 - 4 times/day. I usually just stick to the herbs. Good Luck!

Herbal supplement called echinacea works wonders. I take it whenever I feel a cold coming on, and it will fight it off for me. Don't take over 2 weeks.
