A quick jab in the throat. Then while he's gasping for air, kick him as hard as I can in the giggle berries. Then run like the wind. OK, I don't run like the wind, ever. But I would definitely run as fast as my fat bottom would allow.
But that's only if I can't defuse the situation by talking to them. I can be very diplomatic. But I've also been told that I am a very scary man when I get angry.
The shrieking part? Maybe a nice one when I send the testes up into his previously collapsed throat.

Screw pride and maning up, I don't want to get my faces beat in!
If I knew that this person could hurt me if they got a hold of me, I would immediatly run away screaming at the top of my lungs... while getting my key-chain-mace ready to fire.... it is small and they won't see it or recognize it until the get fired on with the mace!
If your in the situation where this person was intent on really hurting you or even to the point of rape or murder: Make sure you yell stuff like "FIRE" "RAPE" and not "HELP" ... People don't come to "help", they actually will stay back if that word is yelled.. or so studdies have shown. Make sure you run to an open, or very populated area... Don't go into a dark alley way or into an empty building......

First I would ask them why they felt they wanted to beat me up and try to talk them out of it, if they still insisted on trying I would kick them were it hurt and run like hell.

If it was a guy I would just reach out and squeeze his bits very hard! If they are bigger and taller then you would hopefully move faster!

i would attempt at defending myself if it was a guy by hitting him in his "happy place" and if it was a girl i would just piss her off by talking $hit and making fun of her..
but after those attempts dont work i would find a HUGE guy to do the dirty work for me! ;-D

I'd stand up to them. Size doesn't matter if you can fight well enough, because once I came close to lifting my teacher up over my shoulder to attack someone when I got seriously angry.
