they should just name orton the WWE Champion and have a battle royal for who the number one contender will be at NO MERCY.

It hasn't been officially announced yet. There is a picture on WWE.com of HHH, Umaga, Orton, Batista, & Khali. Vince says it will be a historic night, so maybe the winner of the HHH/Umaga match and the winner of the Batista/Khali match will face Orton in a Triple Threat for the belt?
