get an attorney cause it sounds like they are jerking you around . You need an attorney to protect your interests as well . good luck and do exactly as your attorney says my dear .

shorty - is this a doctor that your work has sent you to? or one that you got to pick? if you were sent to him by your employment then YES it is time to see your own attorney - who will send you to another doctor for you.

you always want a doctor that is working for your best interest...not the employer.

BUT--caution..once you retain an attorney and another doctor...this smells of lawsuit to your employer and you may be let go for no reason other than they dont want to deal with this on a daily basis.

good luck--and be careful, take care of yourself. :)

thats happened to me 3 years ago,and i had an arthroscopy surgery on my left shoulder, don'n use any patch, cause is getting worse, you have to see the othopedic surgeon for the eavaluation, and i think for my experience, he go to recomended phisical therapy, pain killers and maybe the surgery if you getting worse.
