going the bathroom 2 - 3 times a day is not enough seen as most people go when they wake up and before bed and that leaves only once in between that time. Thats not healthy at all. The human body is suppose to consume 1 gallon of water a day so only going 3 times is not health. Drink lots of water

You are supposed to go every couple of hours. Only going 2 or 3 times a day is not enough, it is also a sign of dehydration. I'd say you had a problem if you were going alot every 30minutes, not every 2-3 hours.

you should visit your phsycian. It could be serous like diabetes or something else just as bad or worse, or it might be nothing. Good luck! ☺
