You don't need to do anything. The whitish discharge is normal, and is a sign you'll soon get your period. If it's bothersome, wear a pantyliner. Don't worry about getting your period, once you have it you'll wish it would go away.

When I'm ready to start, I do that. I start flushing out a lot. I have no pain and there's no yeast infection. I may do that 1 or 2 days. Sometimes when it's hot and I've been outside in the heat I've done that, too. There's nothing wrong with it and it doesn't need a cure. A yeast infection is much more itchy and much more uncomfortable. This is just a bit of discharge.
If you're bloating, moody, or maybe feeling like you could drink the house dry these are clear signs you're ready to start. Anxiety, irritability and having difficulty sleeping are signs you'll probably start very soon.
This doesn't sound unpleasant, just a bit unusual. See it as a sign. If it goes on and on for a week, that might be a problem but otherwise I don't think so. And I don't think you'll do that. It will be OK. Don't upset yourself.

Honey, that's perfectly normal. You will always have some light amount of discharge even between your periods when they start. It is only a problem if you have an unusually strong odor or it itches or burns.

That's discharge. As long as it isn't a wierd color (green, neon yellow, blue), really bad smell (a slight odor is normal), or texture (something like cottage cheese) then you shouldn't do anything. Discharge is important, it helps keep your vagina healthy.

Most girls have discharge for at least a year before they get their periods.

absolutely nothing!! This is just discharge, its your body getting ready for womanhood! Some girls can get this up to two years before they start their period. buy pantyliners if you are worried about cleanliness, but please be reassured every woman gets discharge - some more than others - every body is different.
I can't believe they never covered this in school.

Good luck with being normal!!!

****can i just point out its ONLY the guys who think this is an issue!!!! :-)******

It could be a yeast infection, if you have taken any antibiotics lately this is a very good posibility. there are over the counter cures, or if you want to do something all natural try candid gone. It works really good, it removes it from your whole body.

Discharge. It means you're going to start soon. Don't be too eager, though. It's not fun.
