Informative Speech On Astrology?

Hi!
I need to write a 5-7 minute informative speech on astrology...I know a lot about the subject, but I am having trouble figuring out how to tune it down into 3 main points (with sub points) and keeping it with in the the alloted 5-7 time period.
I would really really appreciate any tips!
