I believe it is gas heat. It is 5 bedrooms but theyre all not too big. theres also a living room and small kitchen. I think its pretty well insulated. We are college students so we are here pretty often but not all day. We wont have the heat set too high(maybe 70?)

5 Bedroom, or 5 Room? If its 5 bedroom, then its likley a 10 room house, of even bigger. For that big a house, expect $600-$800 during the coldest month.

Too many variables to say. What kind of heat -- electric, gas, oil? How high is the thermostat set? How well insulated is the place? Is it occupied all day?

Well, is it a 5,000 sq. ft. 5-bedroom, or a 1500 sq. ft bedroom (yes, they do exist).
