The burn ward at Mass General in Boston. Ask for Giles. He won the NE Regional Air Guitar Championship in 2006 and almost made it to Helsinki for the World Championship. He is a God.

I have seen some "learn on your own" DVDs. I don't know where you are but, you could find a good music center store in your area they usually teach all the basic instruments and I would combine them with the "do it yourself". I am taking violin, though I still sound as if I am killing my cat, I am hopeful that some day I will learn! lol
