if i had a million dollars i would pay off my bills, work part time so i can spend more time with my kids. Invest most of the money and live off it later. Help out my family, espeically my parents since they are older and dont work and if i have money left after that i would travel around the world with my husband and two kids.........

In order:
1) pay off debts
2) move house (buy outright), to include decorating it to taste
3) buy a bigger family car
4) if any left.....take family on holiday.
I reckon that all of that would be a streach at $1 million /£500,000.

save like 300-400 grand of that and with the remaining 600,000-700,000$ id give my mom 100 grand of that, pay for college, buy a car and get a nice apartment for myself near the school im gonna be going to. and of course donate like 10,000 to charity or something

not sure about the USA but in England I could fill up my 4X4 with diesel and have a bit left over to buy a coffee and burgerking

i would invest it first..until i get the interest and dividend back...then i spent it all on tech stuff...and would go back to university to further my studies
