Why did Marcie and Michael pick Natalie and Rex to be Tommy's godparents?

Nat because she was going to marry John at the time and that was when they thought John was dead, and Rex because he was close to Jen who Marcie loved like a sister.

Well, I think they picked Natalie, because she was with John at the time, and him being Michael's brother and all, and also, I think Natalie and Michael were friends.
And Rex, because he loved Jen so much, and Marcie and Jen were best friends!

Rex and Marcie have been like best friends ever since they lost Jen. Natalie is Rex's sister and is good friends with both the McBain's.

First, they thought John was dead. And Natalie would feel like part of the family if she were godmother. And Rex grew up with Natalie, plus he was in love with Jenn and Jenn was Marcie's best friend.

well i know rex is close to marcie because of jen but i have no clue why they picked natalie. maybe it had something to do with john
