How many times a week do you cook?

is your cooking style spanish, italian, southern, soul food, jewish, jamaican...etc.?

Me?...mostly Spanish and sometimes soul-food. I'm spanish and my man is african-american

2-3 times a week...
I used to cook "cuban" style more than anything but it's too fattening so we only eat my mother-in-laws cuban cooking now. I stick to simple healthy (veggie for me) during the week now.

I cook Jamaican style food like three times a week on average.

Ackee and Saltfish.

Rice and Peas and Chicken.

Curried goat and Rice.

I cook about 4 times a week. I usually try to make large meals so I will have left-overs for work. I cook many different plates from many different cultures- but they all have one thing in common---vegetarian!

I usually eat out once a week .. and I cook just about anything .. no particular style .. just pick a recipe that appeals to me at the time, and I make it!
