Must be racially motivated hum, well what if he only robs white people. Yes it should be considered racial unless he can show he robs blacks also

If the robbery was simply to steal your money (or whatever) and there is no racial motivation to the crime, then it is not racist.

Not everything is racist in the world...Being evil knows no color, gender, or ethnicity...It just is.

Edit: See the problem in your argument is you say "you believe..." that when a person of a different color robs someone, they must be racist...in their minds. That is a slippery slope to go down...making legal assumptions based on what you THINK someone is thinking. Our thoughts are our own...We can only be judged by our actions. Anything else is totally un-American.

It has to be because of their race in the first place for it to be racist. A black person could rob a white person simply because that is the kind of person they are not because they are racist and vice versa.

Edit: People usually rob for necessatity i.e. to feed a drug habit etc. If people are attacking people for racist reasons they usually don't bother to rob them as well.

Edit: No it is still not racist

via fact whites have predominantly been the aggressors in historic acts of racism, prejudice and oppression. With that being suggested, there seems to be a cultural stigma linked to something no longer designed to make whites sense responsible approximately their historic previous. it relatively is as in spite of the fact that if it fairly is not ok for whites to pass approximately their on a regular basis lives with out being reminded that minorities have suffered from law, regulations and cultural mores practiced by whites. extra so, it relatively is in no way politically or socially ideal to permit whites to understand that they are no longer the only ethnic team who've racism. i've got faith this cultural prepare is a sort of racism.

Most likely because it doesn't hold to the definition of racist which is basically "a person with a prejudiced belief that one race is superior to others."

Someone who is stealing most likely is thinking about economics and not the color of the persons skin. I cite poor white people as an example. If i was a thug id probably get more money off a wealthy person who was a minority than a poor or less well off white person.

I look at it as someone getting robbed or attacked weather the victim or the culprit is either black or white, an attack is an attack I never think of it as racist.

Let’s just say you have a smack head who desperately needs some money, do you think the skin colour of the person he/she is planning on mugging is relevant? The money is what they are after it has nothing to do with a racially motivated act.

Why should it be specifically classified? A robbery victim is a victim of crime. Unless police investigation uncovers the robber sought white victims because of racial hatred....THEN things take a different turn.

I think society needs to answer why blacks are so heavily involved in crimes to begin with.
