How can foreigner work in Singapore?

I'm from the Southeast Asia country. I want to work in Singapore but i don't know how can work in here? What should i do? Thank you very much!

Click on the link which leads you to the Singapore Ministry of Manpower website. Click on "Work Pass". It tells you about the various types of employment passes and work permits:
Employment Pass
S Pass
Work Permit (Foreign Worker)
Work Permit (Foreign Domestic Worker)
and others
